Meet Andrew Segal, MPH

Andrew is the Founder, Chief Innovator & CEO of ANSEGA Health Solutions.

He is a nationally recognized healthcare policy strategist with extensive experience and expertise in Medicaid, managed long-term care, and healthcare transformation.

Prior to founding ANSEGA Health Solutions in 2019, Andrew served in an appointed role within the New York State Department of Health as the State Director of Long Term Care. He has also served in executive leadership roles within large integrated delivery systems and national health plans, where he has led transformative initiatives in Medicaid strategy, long-term care innovation, and healthcare system redesign.

Andrew holds a Master of Public Health in Health Policy & Management from Columbia University.
